Thursday, June 25, 2009We had a wonderful time in Las Vegas this year while attending the annual 2009 Las Vegas JCK show.
We met with many new designers, cultured diamond, ruby, sapphire and emerald manufactures, members of the press, Eco friendly packaging manufacturers and got a good idea of what the jewelry industry in general has in store for consumers over the next year. One of the highlights for us was attending the LeVian, Harpers Bazzar fashion show and being able to hear what the giants of the industry think of this economy.
Fortunately for MiaDonna™ we are already are a truly green company, one of the biggest topics this year, with our offering of the Simulated Diamond hybrid™ and new additions of Gemesis™ Cultured Diamonds and Chatham™ lab created diamonds, rubys, emeralds and sapphires. All our settings are already produced with Eco friendly recycled gold and are made in the USA. To top it off our charitable foundation “The Greener Diamond” is moving forward and gaining ground on its projects working to create sustainability for those less fortunate. We look forward to attending next year and will continue to evaluate the industry and strive to give consumers what they want.
