What an incredible episode of Extreme Makeover Home Edition this last Sunday. The Scott family headed by Trina Scott after loosing her husband Dave in the line of duty has asked EMHE to help with their home that is being taken over buy termites and is ready to crumble. Trina lost her husband Dave in a car accident while perusing a suspect as a member of the Clarksville Tennessee police department. Trina and her 3 daughters Leyla, 17, Deidie, 13 and Alethea 11 had their lives changed in the blink of an eye. Trina Scott took her tragedy and used it to help other family’s who had also lost loved ones in the line of Duty. Trina Scott is now the president of an organization called C.O.P.S (Concerns of Police Survivors) that reaches out and offers support to these family’s. No doubt the this episode will have you in tears before Ty, Johnny, Micheal and Paige even step off the bus.
