We are working with both Ebay, PayPal and law enforcement to try and resolve this issue. If you feel you have purchased a counterfeit MiaDonna product please contact us directly and we will do everything within our power to help you get a genuine MiaDonna product. Over the last couple of months we have been working with a few individuals whom contacted us with some questions after making a counterfeit purchase. With the help of these individuals we have obtained both a physical address and a phone number of said scammer. Please avoid dealing with anyone named Chloe Anderson, Marta Anderson, James or Lance.

The MiaDonna Diamond Hybrid® is a simulant that has an infused outer layer of lab created diamond. The MiaDonna Diamond Hybrid® is not a man made (grown) diamond. MiaDonna also sells made made diamonds that are grown in a lab but the price points and technology’s are very different.
