Here is a wonderful review and testimonial we just received and had to share with everyone. It’s always exciting for us to hear from customers that share the same core values that we do!

To whom it may concern:

This past Saturday, my fiancé, (James…), got down on one knee on the middle of the Royal Gorge Bridge and proposed marriage to me. I of course said yes, and would have been happy just to know I got to spend the rest of my life with him, I THOUGHT, the ring was not important. I was always very torn with the idea of the diamond, and what it meant to wear that, what it stood for and what others in the world had to do in order for me to wear something so beautiful. We had of course discussed this in the past and I know he felt the same way. However, I didn’t know at what lengths he went to find me the perfect ring. He picked the ‘Ali’ engagement ring, and it is absolutely the most beautiful thing I have ever owned, (or seen). I am in awe of the quality, the brilliance, the fire and or course the craftsmanship. It really exceeded both our expectations. I am in awe of its beauty!

I am not sure who he worked with at MiaDonna, but he couldn’t stop raving about the customer service and how helpful his representative was. They made him feel valued, were very attentive to his needs, and knowledgeable about the product. In fact, he said that it was one of the best customer service experiences he has ever had. This makes me feel that much more proud to wear this beautiful piece of art and I love that I have a conversation piece that opens up dialogue about what the diamond stands for and what it means, as I think most people are very ignorant to the facts that surround natural diamonds.

I can’t stop raving about this experience and about MiaDonna! He shopped around at other retailers who sold ethical diamonds, conflict free, or simulated diamonds, but found most were simply CZ’s with diamond coating or natural diamonds that we really couldn’t say for sure were conflict free. He wanted me to have only the best and chose the miadonna diamond hybrid carefully. I couldn’t be more pleased!

This unique custom designed Three Stone Ring holds a 2.50 carat Radiant cut MiaDonna Diamond Hybrid® center stone and is flanked on either side by 0.50 carat Half Moon cut MiaDonna Diamond Hybrids®. This gorgeous design was created from our eco-friendly Pure 950 Palladium and is also accented with approx. 0.33 carats of natural recycled diamonds.

I wanted to thank you for all the help…

My fiancé, Noraini, is currently studying in Australia and we had planned to meet in Indonesia on the 29th June-10th July for holidays. I wanted to propose during the trip but then I decided to exchange the ring for the smaller gem. I realised that the new one would probably not be delivered before my departure but thought getting the right ring was more important.

Anyway, half way throughout the trip I ask a friend, in Singapore, if he could fly over to Bali (Indonesia) with the ring. I still wasn’t sure when the ring would be in Singapore so he booked his fight for the 9th July – Noraini and I  leave on the 10th. If this didn’t work, I could at least tell myself that I tried all I could to make it happen.

So when you mailed we were both on edge because we still didn’t know if it would reach in time. FedEx delivered on the 8th afternoon. My friend picked it up that night and took the morning flight the next day. I met him and then whisked Noraini to a nice cliff (see background of first picture) where I proposed… and she said yes. This ring is perfect for us.

Our wonderful friend Chris, whom designed this beautiful ring, finally popped the question and has been nice enough to share some of their special day with us. Hi Nicole!

It’s Chris, I know it has been a while since we last spoke, but I
wanted to give you the good news and let you know that I proposed just a
couple of weeks ago on July 27th and she said yes! She absolutely is in
love with the ring! I attached some pictures of her and I with the ring. I
also made a custom engagement box specifically for the ring and I attached
pictures of that as well…

My friends and family love the ring and wanted all the info on the
company, so I’ve given them the MiaDonna website. Now a couple of my
buddies are planning on doing their own custom engagement rings…
